We are currently looking to add some friendly faces and professional personalities to our Front Desk department. As a FD agent, you will be the face of the hotel and leave a lasting impression on each of our guests. Your main goal will be to provide a customer service experience that will not be forgotten!
Other duties will include:
Making reservations, checking in/out guests, answering multi-line telephones and providing memorable service.
