Are you a skilled bike mechanic passionate about bringing cycling to more people in your community? We are looking to hire a professional mechanic to perform routine maintenance and as-needed repairs on the fleet of bicycles.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the assembly, quality control, and deployment of bicycles as they're built
Perform Routine Maintenance and "as-needed" repairs on all bikes in the fleet
Develop efficient and effective work patterns that allow you to handle the volume of bikes as needed
Utilize the Mechanic's Web Portal to record all your work and request parts to ensure all repairs can be completed
Maintain a sense of ownership over the bikes in the fleet and their condition
Work with the Fleet Coordinator to identify rider trends and behaviour
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous shop experience
Must be able to lift a 30 pound bike 20+ times per shift without assistance
Able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, communicate efficiently with managers
Have a positive and professional attitude towards your work
