Job Responsibilities:
- Create a deck for Finance and each functional area within finance that describes services offered.
- Create elevator speeches for each functional unit within finance
- Create canned communications that respond to Requester inquires for all transaction functions, including support after go-live to enhance the suite of communications as they respond to new inquiries
- Create change management / go-live communications and targeted communications to finance team members, specific business units or group of employees that explain how things will change
- Candidate should be a strong communications leader with prior experience in co-creating
- Ability to empathize at levels of organization
- Ability to address large forums with an executive presence
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing and growth-oriented environment with regularly changing priorities and developing opportunities
- Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to influence and gain consensus
- Strong team player, with an ability to work in an unstructured environment and a drive to learn new skills and business processes work experience required
- 6 to 10 Years of progressive experience in client relationship, communications, or change advocacy roles
