Overview
Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking an Oracle Identity and Access Management Administrator/Specialist to join our Cloud Managed Services Practice. This position will provide an opportunity to work with an experienced team of Cloud Engineers, Solutions Architects, and Cybersecurity professionals. The candidate will have the opportunity to grow their career by contributing to existing projects and assist in new projects. Responsibilities- Oracle Identity Management DBA - install, config, architect, manage maintain databases and applications related to identity and security.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle's Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle HTTP Server, Oracle Internet Directory or Oracle Unified Directory, WebLogic - 11i and 12c versions.
- Understand integration aspects between Oracle Identity products mentioned above using the Enterprise Deployment Guide.
- Understanding how to configure WebLogic cluster with Load Balancer; network configuration experience is desired but not mandatory.
- Install/configure Custom Apps under WebLogic; OIM/OAM customization knowledge is not required; Java DevOps knowledge is not required.
- Shell scripting and troubleshooting is required; working with vendor support such as Oracle is required to overcome product issues.
- Understand how to configure SSL layer with certificates and manage the environment.
- Knowledge of Oracle database to the extent of creating, maintaining and managing the repository; configuring SQLnet with WebLogic and be able to assist developers and others in configuring laptops and other devices to access the database using SQLDeveloper and other tools.
- Knowledge of SOA suite to the extent of assisting in developing approval workflows; customization knowledge is desired but not required.
- Understand how Business Continuity aka Disaster Recovery can be implemented in a multi-region Cloud architecture.
- Understand nuances of Infrastructure as a Service while implementing Cloud based architecture.
- Knowledge of one of the Cloud providers is required - AWS, GCP, Azure and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Usage of Terraform to build and maintain Cloud infrastructure is desired.
- Understanding US DoD's PKI infrastructure, including PKI infrastructure with Client certificates is desired.
- Must be US Citizen and clearable for DoD Public Trust or higher
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of Application Administration in Oracle Identity product
- Ability to work and produce results in an agile and fast-paced environment with dynamic deadlines
- Proficiency/Familiarity with Unix variants such as Oracle Linux
- Good communication skills, including documentation and writing skills is required
- Ability to work with flexible hours since many installations could be done during off hours
- Understanding of IT infrastructure management
- Experience working on Cloud projects a plus
- Cloud Architect/DBA certification a plus
- Experience working within the Federal government and/or DoD a plus
