Northrop Grumman's Enterprise Services organization is seeking a Junior ServiceNow Analyst to join our ServiceNow team this is focused on sustaining the ServiceNow platform, helping our internal customers optimize existing ServiceNow capabilities, implement new solutions, and adopt ServiceNow to digitize and improve business processes. Duties may range from providing general business analyst support, customer engagement, requirement definition, testing, documentation, day-to-day administration, development, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.

This position can be performed remotely.

This position will work across organizations within Enterprise Services, customer-facing sectors, and corporate functions to identify use cases to help realize the benefits of ServiceNow to our organization. Additionally, this self-starter, with strong communication skills, must be able to function in a fast-paced agile environment and be able to adapt as innovations occur.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have vision for technology, ability to quickly master new skills and technologies, and possess strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

• Member of an Agile team providing general ServiceNow business analyst support • Participate in all aspects and phases in support of delivering products and solutions on the ServiceNow platform (e.g., customer engagement, requirement definition, testing, documentation, day-to-day administration, development, and maintenance)• Collaborate across multiple teams, projects, organizations, and sectors to support various project activities and objectives.• Contribute on Agile engagements, utilizing agile methodology appropriate to ServiceNow deployment and tools to enhance project efficiency and quality.• Support functional and technical design efforts. • Follow ServiceNow technical/functional best practices.• Participate in PI planning, sprint planning and review meetings• Participate in internal knowledge sharing, coaching, and collaboration activities and initiatives. Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (4 years of additional relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree).• Demonstrated experience with web technologies• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance, if necessary. • Interest in implementing and resolving IT/business workflows in partnership with users, relying on a creative, customer-focused mindset to deliver value to clients. • Proven experience driving continual improvement, platform expansion, and adoption.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience working with various modules within ServiceNow.• Service Portal Catalog Experience or certification• Proven experience with at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, Java or others)• A passion for advising and guiding business customers and other IT leaders on how to get the most out of ServiceNow and for learning the latest product features. • Experience working with and/or developing on the ServiceNow platform. • At least one relevant ServiceNow certification • Active US Government security clearance • Eager to contribute to Northrop Grumman's ServiceNow capabilities, both from a functional and technical perspective

Salary Range: $61,900 USD - $92,900 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
