In-Store
baddteamMembers play an integral role in performing the general tasks required to provide customers with consistent service and high levels of customer satisfaction. In-StorebaddteamMembers are involved in all aspects of preparing and fulfilling customer food orders. Housekeeping responsibilities also assure that a safe and sterile environment is maintained. In-StorebaddteamMembers provide knowledge and skill building as well as leadership for team effortsEssential Duties Include
- Properly recording customer orders
- Prepping components needed to fulfill customer orders
- Uniformly assembling and/or cooking pizzas, wings, subs and salads
- Completing orders and accepting payment
- Monitoring inventory and assuring timely and proper order quantities
- Troubleshooting and correcting equipment problems
- Maintaining a clean work area and equipment
- Assisting with daily start-up and closing
Qualifications
Successful In-store
baddteamMembers Must- Be able to lift 25 pounds
- Be punctual and reliable
- Be detail oriented
- Project a positive and friendly attitude
- Be Able to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations and policies
- Be proficient in understanding/ addressing mechanical problems
- Be comfortable in a leadership role
- Effectively coordinate individual efforts toward team outcomes
- Maintain good personal hygiene
