Senior Technical Writer Location: Vienna, VADuration: 4-5 months

Description:Work with software development teams to document user functionality and business-critical APIs that will affect thousands of client associates.Work across teams and technical and product verticals to gather work requirements, resolve dependencies, and deliver content alongside the feature it covers.

Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree or military experience.At least 5 years of technical writing experience.Comfortable using GitHub and experience with ConfluenceDemonstrable experience creating API reference documentation, best-practice workflows, and examaples

Preferred Qualifications:3+ years experience working with topic-based authoring, specifically Client FlareComfortable collaborating with developers to translate their content into easily understood documentationExperience writing in an Agile software development processSolid understanding of data management technologies and processes3-5 years of writing REST API documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. Writing samples will be requested.Have experience working with OpenAPI/SwaggerUI.8+ years of technical writing experience3+ years experience in software development3+ years experience working in an Agile environment
