This position reports to:Director of Digital Sales

What you get to do in this role:

1.Motivate, coach, and directly manage a team of quota carrying Inside Sales professionals

2.Hold regular call coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, one on ones, and team meetings.

3.Analyze current process and systems to identify opportunities to improve customer outreach, pipeline management, and scripts.

4.Set and track key sales targets and supporting metrics for your team, both leading and lagging KPIs

5.Maintain alignment and collaboration with the Inside Sales Leadership team

6.Execute new hiring, onboarding and ongoing training to enable team to achieve sales quota and ongoing professional development

7.Meet or exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales objectives.

8.Build an open-communication environment for your team

9.Ensure ISRs are following the sales process in order to win new ACV business

10.Facilitate resources necessary to further sales cycle such as Solution Consultants, Customer Service, Marketing etc.

11.Provide timely and accurate information to management such as forecasting, territory plans, business objectives etc.

12.Utilize and leverage internal technology

13.Occasional travel for training and/or meetings may be required.

Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

1.Proven work experience(2 years min) as an Inside Sales Manager, software sales experience preferred

2.Full understanding of the sales process from lead to close to ongoing account management.

3.Experience call coaching to improve rep performance and customer experience.

4.Comfortable using KPIs to develop coaching plans and sales campaigns.

5.Ability to manage multiple projects and activities while paying attention to detail.

6.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

7.Positive, motivating, and energetic personality

8.Excellent interpersonal and team management skills

9.BA/BS degree

Remote

A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office,including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to workwithin their state, province, region, or country of employment.
