Sr Visual Designer to join their team on a Contract to Hire/Full-Time basisJob Title: Sr Visual Designer Location: Vienna, VA (Hybrid work, must drive onsite 4 days a month) Duration: Long termMust have requirements:We are heavy into agile so experience with agile, and user centered design. To conceive visual design solutions to complex product initiatives through composition, typography and interaction models, keep deliverables engaging and on-brand, and drive cross channel projects. Optimize the user experience through creating visual on-brand compositions that drive improved experiences Collaborate with project teams to define the visual identity Defines user experience goals through visual engagement Create and apply visual design styles and best practices, such as composition, color theory, accessibility and typography, and guides the team in their use through style guide creation Create prototypes for testing to ensure design meets business and user objectives Act as stakeholder in user acceptance testing to verify the final execution of a product in the development stageThis is a great opportunity and if you have any interest in hearing more of the details please contact
