Additional Job Description:Provides IT systems support that may include duties such as installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and repairing. Also performs quality assurance processes to effectively manage system availability and improve operations.Includes high-level support of networks, such as administration, server builds and upgrades, domain configuration, and performance and tuning. Also includes network administration. Service Experience 5+ years5+ years of project experience in the quality assurance and testing phases or projectsDeep knowledge of diverse systems and platforms and exposure to new and emerging technologiesMission Criticality Demonstrated experience working on mission critical customer facing transaction systemsTroubleshooting: Advanced demonstration of diagnostic skills across a broad number of technologies and platformsAbility to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive Sponsors to team members); Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical individualsDemonstrated ability to work with and coordinate efforts amongst multiple outside third parties

Required :At least 7 years of hands-on API development using Java , micro services , Javascript , Node.js , Jenkins2+. Yrs of hands on experience with DevOps concepts & containers ( Docker )2 yrs of experience with AWS services ( Lambda , ALB, EC2, S3 , RDS , VPC, cloudtrail )Hands on experience with Unix/Linux systems & SSO integrationsTechnical and software development mentorship to junior developersExcellent communication and collaboration skillsFamiliarity with Agile

Preferred:Experience working with React.jsApplication monitoring tools like Qualys , errata etcAdvocate of engineering excellence and best practicesExperience with Incident/Change management process for change orders in production

Nice to Have :Prior Client /Enterprise scale applications experience will be considered a plus

RequiredAt least 5 years of hands on SQL/analytics/reporting experience5 years of ETL and data engineering using PythonSystem integration experience

PreferredTableau or any other reporting toolApplication monitoring tools like Qualys , errata etcAdvocate of engineering excellence and best practicesExperience with Incident/Change management process for change orders in production
