Basic Purpose Responsible for the set-up, maintenance and ongoing development of continuous build/ integration infrastructure. Support the creation and maintenance of fully automated CI build processes for multiple .NET environments. Write build and deployment scripts. Participate in complex, essential work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.

Responsibilities:

• Support CI/CD tools integration/ operations/ change management, and maintenance. • Support full automation of CI/ Testing• Work with other team members to gather and interpret CI CD requirements• Design, code and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines • Participate in the development of new pipelines for code build and deployment• Enable DevOps by moving code from Dev/ Test to Staging and Production. • Support the development of policies, standards, guidelines, governance and related guidance for both CI/CD operations and for work of developers • Work with business leadership to understand data requirements; propose and develop solutions that enable effective decision-making and drives business objectives• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience• Agile Software Development and Management methods and ability to excel within an "Agile" environment• Exposure to CI/CD in a large complex environment with various systems• Experience managing Windows/Linux systems as well as writing code• Proficient skill in Azure, Azure DevOps Platform and CI/CD • Exposure to Powershell, Yaml, XML, Docker, Windows, Git, • Demonstrated understanding of ADLS, ADF, Databricks, and SQL is a plus • Understanding of Quality Control and Test Automation in Agile-based Continuous Integration environments • Ability to understand other projects or functional areas in order to consolidate analytical needs and processes• Demonstrates change management and/or communication skills• Experience working in a fast paced multi-team environment• Ability to understand the business problem and determine what aspects of it require optimization; articulate those aspects in a clear and concise manner

• Knowledge of Navy Federal Credit Union instructions, standards, and procedures

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Location: 820 Follin Lane, Vienna, VA 22180 or Remote

External salary range: $92,900 - $160,400

Due to COVID-19 and social distancing, this position will be temporarily working from home with plans to return to campus at the desired location listed once Navy Federal is back to normal operations. The specific logistics for returning to campus will be determined at a future date by individual leadership
