Audit reports and sheets of data
Enter information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
Explore the internet for information
Methodically review completed work, checking for computation errors or duplicate values before submitting the final product
Keep detailed records of tasks, files, and progress
Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from several source Requirements - 3+ years of related experience
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Candidate must have substantial computer experience including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
High typing accuracy
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
Comprehensive knowledge of customer service
Foundational knowledge in Update Spreadsheets
Deep understanding of Microsoft Excel
Command of Superior Customer Service
Answering Inquiries experience
Adeptness in Answering Inbound Calls
