Salesforce Technical Lead-Virginia-$130k+

The Developer Technical Lead is responsible for understanding business problems, designing solutions and implementing them the right mix of declarative and coding capabilities on the force.com platform. This role will be responsible for the day to day overview of the technical team ensuring needs of the business are met.

The ideal candidate will strong understanding of the Salesforce.com platform, and intermediate understanding of integrations and processes as well as an interest and ability to understand the problem to solve, solution design and critical path to develop. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills. The position requires identifying new and creative opportunities to leverage Salesforce.com and its database to support additional business processes or functions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for hands-on configuration, design, functionality and end-user support of the Salesforce.com platform.
  • Guide the development team on design and best practices.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather & analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality.
  • Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce/Force.com and ability to troubleshoot issues with integrations and within Salesforce
  • Map functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality and oversee code reviews
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and operations teams to drive high levels of data integrity and operational reliability of our standardized business analytics, tools and processes.

Skills/Requirements

  • 5+ years of development experience on the Salesforce platform
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Salesforce Platform I Developer Certification; more preferred
  • Experience in developing custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers
  • Experience in Agile Framework
  • CPQ experience preferred(but not required)
  • Excellent Communication and Time Management Skills
