12+ Months Contract Job Shifts: Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Client is looking with below matching skills: candidates need to be familiar with General IT concepts

Have a good typing speed
Ability to navigate Windows OS with ease
Recent or near-graduation college grads with a 2-year Associates IT degree are good

Job Roles & Responsibilities Perform media handling responsibilities per documented processes and procedures. These tasks include but are not limited to mounting / demounting of media into Automated Tape Libraries or Stand Alone Drives. Performing system commands as needed, Scanning, Comparing, processing media for movement activities (Vault In or Out, Mail In or Out, Emergency Recalls, DR Test Shipments, intersite media movement, Destruction events, etc). Retaining, posting and verifying of required evidence for audit purposes. Assisting customers via phone, Instant Messaging and email. Interacting with hardware included placing service request via phone/electronically as required.
