SIGINT Curriculum DeveloperKey Role:Develop and deliver a variety of training programs to live audiences. Provide stand-up classroom instruction. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive te chn ical expertise to display full ind us try knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.Basic Qualifications:- 5 years of experience with SIGINT or Intelligence Community ( IC )
- Experience in Authoring Instructional Materials Content Planning Modules and Learning Objective Module ( AIM CPM LOM ) and writing knowledge and performance tests
- Experience with operating Ship's Signals Exploitation Equipment Increment Foxtrot ( SSEE INC F ) and Cryptologic Carry Onboard Program ( CCOP ) equipment
- Knowledge of Instructional Systems Design ( ISD ) processes
- Knowledge of data gathering us ing vario us te chn iques, including working groups, interviews, and survey
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- BA or BS degree or 10 years of experience with SIGINT or IC in lieu of a degree
- Graduate of Navy's Afloat Cryptologic Management ( ACM ) Course
- Experience as an analyst or methodologist us ing disparate data sets to build unique workflows and creative solutions to difficult problems
- Experience with c ond ucting computer-based training, including building curriculum and reference materials
