Join our Westgate Resorts team as a Security Officer and become an integral part of our commitment to providing a safe and secure environment for our guests and team members.This individual must possess and adhere to the following core values:Integrity – Doing the right thing when no one is looking.Passion – Creating a positive impact.Work Ethic – Taking pride in your work.As an Security Officer, you will:Patrol the resort premises to maintain a visible security presence and ensure the safety of guests and staff.Respond promptly and effectively to all security-related incidents, including medical emergencies, disturbances, and property breaches.Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent security breaches.Enforce resort policies and procedures to maintain order and security.Assist guests and employees with security-related concerns and inquiries.Conduct regular inspections of resort facilities to identify and address potential security hazards.Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.Complete accurate and thorough incident reports for all security-related incidents.Provide support and assistance to other resort departments as necessary.
