Job Responsibilities:
Act as the key liaison between the customers needs and the security-first smart home services we provide.
Support customers through their home security, home awareness, and home control products that revolutionize the way our customers interact with their homes.
Assisting new customers via telephone support while they set up their equipment in their home through our DIY self-install model.
Performing system configuration & verification, account activation, and customer orientation.
Guiding customers through the integration of video cameras with their home broadband network.
Providing in-depth assistance over the telephone to customers with questions.
