If you have the following, we want to hear from you:
Customer service experience
Computer skills including experience with MS Office products including Word,
Excel and Outlook
Excellent oral and written communication skills
College Degree is preferred
Job
Responsibilities for this critical role:
Manage service repairs from beginning to end by recording repair requests,
coordinating technician dispatches, maintaining inventories, and monitoring
repair progress
Manage service tracking database
Ensure repairs are on schedule and meeting expected completion goals
Provide assistance to repair technicians
Assist National Service Manager with new installations and resolution of repairs
