Now hiring for Superintendents in theHarrisonburg area!This position will be a direct placement (long term and permanent)pay ranges on experienceJob Description: Nations largest and most well know electrical contractors. They work on high profile, large scale projects across the country. Their Winchester office focuses on servicing the industrial market by doing new installs of manufacturing equipment and systems.These superintendents will be responsible for running a crew of industrial electricians and overseeing job schedules, time records, cost management/ materials management, and crew management. They will be doing hands on work such as installing control systems, running conduit, pulling wires, and making connections.Work Environment: The superintendents will be on site 100% of time in industrial facilities. Will be exposed to clients on a day to day basis and will be working in a fast paced construction environment. Need to be able to operate a crew on a construction site safely and efficiently. Qualifications: -8-10 years of electrical experience supervising crews or jobs-Experience on at least 3 industrial projects in which they were installing controls systems- Will look at a facilities background or a construction background.- Experience pulling wires, running conduit, and making connections on control systems- Experience overseeing a crew of electricians- Experience overseeing a job schedule, time records, cost management- VA, WV, or MD journey mans card highly preferred-Must be able to clear site security and company background check/ drug testPerformance Expectations: Ability to run job on budget and schedule while retaining talent on crew About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
