Specialty contractor has an opening for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant position to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls
Inputting of customer service requests into CRM product.
Scheduling and preparing for appointments and meetings
Receiving incoming mail, prepare and take bank deposits, pick up purchased materials from local vendors.
Assist in procurement and inventory activities.
Assist accounting department with AP/AR related tasks.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting systems
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum of 1 years' experience as an administrative assistant
Hourly pay rate depends on experience. Our firm offers all full-time employees, medical, dental, vacation/sick leave and 401K.
