I am looking for a highly Motivated individual to join my team at RPM Auto Sales In Martinsburg, WV. The ideal candidate has experience in Sub prime financing as well as BHPH. Excellent customer relations skills as well as someone TRUSTWORTHY is an absolute MUST. 60k+ a year potential and the sky is the limit for the right person who is willing to put in the work. This is not your typical sales position, we are are currently a small 5 person close knit team at the dealership and growing rapidly.

Responsibilities:
- Present and sell vehicles, products, and services to new and existing customers.
- Prospect and contact potential customers.
- Review customer applications & structure deals.
- Deliver vehicles to customers & process sales paperwork.
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Set follow-up & service appointments with customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Receive/ Process payments from customers.
- Walk the lot daily and move vehicles as needed to maintain a neat and organized display area.
Qualifications:
- MUST be able to pass background check and WV State Salesperson license exam.
- Excellent customer relations skills as well as someone TRUSTWORTHY is an absolute MUST.
- Familiarity with FRAZER, DEALERTRACK & CAPS Preferred but can be taught.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
Schedule:
Monday Saturday 10 AM 6 PM (Winter Hours)
10 AM 7 PM (Summer Hours)
