We need an experienced technician to provide several technical services such as troubleshooting network cabling, and servicing printers, computers, and various point-of-sale equipment (scanner/scales, receipt printers, credit card readers, etc.) for large retail customers including Walmart, Starbucks, Ann Taylor, Kohl's, Shoppers Food, Food Lion, and others.
This is part time. It's a perfect opportunity for a retired technician who wants to add to his or her income without the obligation to work full time.
- You will work as a 1099 contractor.
- You will be paid within two weeks of each job completion.
- Data-cabling experience is required. We will train you on servicing the various point-of-sale equipment.
- Telephone-service experience is a plus.
- You must have your own vehicle and tools including a laptop computer.
