Kingspan Insulation is looking for an outstanding IT Technician in the Winchester, VA area.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of IT operations and service management in the U.S. This will include providing end user support of all Kingspan Insulations applications, systems and customers, and ensuring first class support service to our user base. You will resolve incidents, problems, and major incidents assigned. You will also work closely with the Divisional IT team in Europe to carry out business as usual tasks, as well as assist from time to time with project work including testing, documentation, and training if necessary. Occasional travel to Atlanta, Georgia and Pembridge, England will be required.
