Enterprise Horizon Consulting Group is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to support our Navy project based in Yorktown, VA. The position can be 100% remote. The person in this position will be responsible for providing support to PMW 220 in the areas of software engineering (SE) planning, release management planning, and requirements management. They will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of all deliverables, the accuracy of the Technical Data Package (TDP), and other software documentation.
Work Schedule: Remote or hybrid work is available. Requirements - Demonstrated experience providing Software Engineering support for a DoD acquisition program or civilian agency equivalent.
- The ability to communicate effectively with key Program personnel to plan and conduct reviews, present software scope, and recommend resolution of technical issues.
- At least 10 years of experience implementing software engineering technical and management processes such as requirements development, scope development, estimation methodology, test and evaluation (T&E), decision analysis and transition to production.
- Experience participating in review teams with Government personnel, other contractors and systems integrators for program strategies, integrated schedules, test plans, and deployment planning.
- A master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Operations Research, Mathematics, Physics, or Business Administration.
Military Installation Access: This position resides on a military installation in Yorktown, VA. - Active Secret Clearance is required.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must be able to qualify for and obtain a base access pass in a timely manner.
- Must be able to obtain a favorable National Security Agency Check (NACI) including an FBI fingerprint check.
