- Should have hands-on experience in installing, configuring, integrating, maintaining, developing for Atlassian products like Jira
- Should have hands-on experience in creating, customizing complex Jira workflows, schemes, custom fields, screens, notifications, permissions.
- Should have hands-on experience in releasing multiple and complex Jira, Confluence changes across environments with thousands of end users.
- Need a strong technical team member who has hands-on experience in coding scripts specifically in the following languages - Jira Power scripts (SIL Scripts) and/or Jira groovy scripts (Scriptrunner scripts).
- Should have hands-on experience in creating, customizing complex Jira workflows, schemes, custom fields, screens, notifications, permissions.
- Should have hands-on experience in releasing multiple and complex Jira, Confluence changes across environments with thousands of end users.
- Should have experience in installing, configuring, rolling-out key Jira plugins like Tempo, power fields, etc.
- Should have knowledge of Jira datacenter setup and configuration on the AWS cloud.
- Should have an experience with working in Agile/scrum teams, with good knowledge of Agile principles
- Should have strong communication skills, the ability to understand enterprise architecture, build prototypes, present design and demos to end customers and senior management.
- Configure, manage, and enhance Jira and Confluence tools, including native functionality as well as researching, testing, and implementing plugins.
- Troubleshoot access and/or performance issues
- Provide Jira SME support to customers via approved collaboration tools
- Create and maintain scripts
- Create custom workflows, post functions, and validators, make changes to workflows, screens, fields, and reporting, and provide ongoing support and configuration maintenance.
- Create JIRA projects, queries, and reports
- Responsible for understanding the current process, gathering requirements, investigating potential solutions, analyzing impact, communicating with stakeholders, and implementing solutions.
- Interacting with Project Managers, Managers, Developers, Network Engineers and other Administrators
- Create, manage, and support all administrative functions associated with the Atlassian product suite
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user-guides
- Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs
- Understand system architecture of upstream and downstream impacts when implementing solutions
- Must be Customer Service driven mindset with strong relationship building skills
- Setup, Configuration and development for Jira Datacenter (Note: Experience in using Jira as an end-user is not sufficient. The candidate must process skills to setup, configure, customize, develop on the Jira system).
