- Testbed setups, Test Automation Infrastructure maintenance, enhancements.
- Test Execution monitoring and reporting.
- Analysis of performance/stress test results and comparing with the benchmark.
- Review numerous test failure reasons to determine root cause (strong debugging and troubleshooting skills).
- Coordinate with Hardware Vendors, as necessary, on technical issues related to testing failures.
- Handling pre-production and production incidents (Incident Management) based on the hardware and firmware mismatches.
- Making sure that work is delivered in defined SLAs
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Computing and Data Center Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Hardware Components
- Motherboard, BIOS, NIC, SATA SSD and NVMe SSD, HDD, FPGA, DIMM
- Knowledge of computer performance metrics (things to measure) – i.e. Latency, Throughput, Processing Speed.
- PowerShell Scripting expertise to develop utility tools.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Network Administration.
- Experience with Visual Studio Online (TFS) or similar ticketing and workflow system.
- Experience using Microsoft Office product suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Experience with testing and networking knowledge
