Title: Marketing Program Manager

Locations: Bellevue, WA/Overland Park, KS/Frisco, TX/Atlanta, GA/ Reston, VA

Duration: 08 Months (Possibility for extension) Note: This position can potentially be hired out of any major hubs Bellevue, Overland Park, Frisco, Atlanta, Reston. The project will support Brand, Network, Cause, and Sponsorships.

Description:This is not a tech position. This is focused on program management of campaigns related to customer communications and facilitating alignment with creative channels.This position is an individual contributor with Sr. Program manager experience and is responsible for working on a diverse range of medium to large size projects and programs managing creative development.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience required. Projects may be marketing operational initiatives, or marketing communications creative development in nature.
  • This position will manage work utilizing standard project management methodologies, processes/procedures – projects have clear start/end dates and are clearly identified as a “project” by the business.
  • Must have experience in customer communications and creative development.
  • Proven skills and practical knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
  • Possess the capability to operate at both the strategic and tactical details.
  • Passion to make things better at every opportunity. Ability to coordinate between creative development teams and business stakeholders. Experience managing highly complex projects with team members that are disbursed.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills. Communicate clearly and have the ability to deliver complex messages Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teamwork in and across teams and organizations.
  • Ability to identify potential issues and dependencies early.
