Job Description UST’s telecommunications practice is looking for dynamic and driven professionals to join a rapidly growing high-performance team. The objectives of this Role are to Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational goals.

Expectations and responsibilities include:An advocate for Customer Experience and Business Process prioritiesA trusted partner to both Business Ops and Technical Team membersProvide a balance of a contributor and an orchestrator of others

Personal Contributions:User Stories and translation to business process & requirementsUser needs elicitation, the ability to get in deep with Users to deconstruct and document what they do, but also gets to the root of what the user needs to get done . (this gives the team the opportunity to innovate on simplifying the process to get the result)Strong documentation and technical writing (for project and end-user support)Will be front-line for user training and support of feature deployments & enhancementsAligns and advocates for Business Ops prioritiesCoordinates with Project team for the viability of solutions for Business Process and User experience

Coordination of others:Assists in Sprint Planning priority, as a representation of Business Ops and Customer AdvocateEnsures clear deliverables of Business deliverablesPartners with Delivery team when clarity or additional detail is needed in support of current SprintLiaison with Stakeholders in Customer business units

Required Qualifications 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager 3+ years’ experience in a technology organizationExperience with the Agile processStrong problem-solving skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be organized, energetic, self-starterNeed to be a can-do team member that approaches challenges as feedback and an opportunity to accept alternativesCreative, flexible, and willing to continuously change and evolve

Preferred Qualifications SAFe Product Owner / Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certificationsBackground in Legal and Functional knowledge of legal processes Telecom experience
