Job Description:- Responsibilities: Engage with customers and partners to understand capacity requirements of Cloud resources and collect demand signals. Own the processes and tools in the program and drive automation and enhancements. Manage incidents and ad-hoc requests and resolve within SLA. Break ambiguous and complex problems into a manageable list of epics and features with clearly articulated requirements. Continuously engage with customers, engineering, and PM teams, clearly set project goals, understand the constraints and risks, develop appropriate mitigation plans, and deliver the results. Perform data analysis and develop actionable insights using a variety of data sets. Basic Qualifications: BS in Engineering or Computer Science or Quantitative fields or equivalent experience. Must have 6+ years of combined experience in Project Management, Data analysis, DevOps engineering role(s). 1+ years of data analysis skills leveraging SQL, Power BI. Must have strong written communication and presentation skills. Experience working with client partners/teams and direct support interactions with customers. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in collaborating across engineering, business, and operations teams. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to quickly learn existing concepts and employ new techniques.
