Job Description: Project Manager - W2 Contract

• Daily schedule and OT estimate: M-F, 40 hrs/week, No OT/ No Expenses

Job Description:

Manages large size projects pertaining to the development and implementation of Enterprise, General Business and/or Field Office product or general business programs. This position requires interaction with internal stakeholders including customer facing teams and internal development and implementation teams. The candidate is responsible for supporting 3rd party vendor relationships to ensure that project business requirements are met.

• Acts as the Datacenter expert engaging the field on DC Triage ROB, planning and prioritizing key systemic issues across DC launch and run state, and drive strategic alignment across MCAPS, engineering, marketing, CELA stakeholders

• Owns DC Triage Heatmap tool and its development and supporting content, working with CS&BI and MCAPS content owners to enable field DC leads community

• Develop plans, goals, deliverables, timelines, and proactively identify complex roadblocks and address them

• Provide thought leadership to produce content and training for successful DC Launch and run in the regions

• Gain insights and build success criteria and develop KPIs for DC Performance in partnership with Finance team as part of APR and QBR

Represent Datacenter business insights/feedback with executive leadership
