Job Description: As the TES Construction Manager, you are a leader in the clients pre-construction process where you will play an integral part in the permitting of the facility network infrastructure including new builds, retrofits, expansion, and program initiatives. Partnering with internal stakeholder and external stakeholders to engage as a team and ensure timely permitting will be part of your critical tasks. Key competencies of this position include ensuring that contracted resources deliver work product in support of project permitting, meeting duration and quality targets, coaching project teams (developers, design engineers, professional consultants), contract management, budget oversight and overseeing multiple in various locations simultaneously. This opportunity combines construction engineering, planning, project management, facilities management, and contract management.
