The Project Manager will be managing the deployment of Salesforce FieldService.
Responsibilities: • The ideal candidate will exhibit strong project management, execution and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative climate.• Build strong relationships with internal and external teams.• Work with cross functional teams to understand business requirements for Salesforce FieldService deployment and develop systematic solutions to improve processes.• Manage project to stay on schedule and meet business requirements.• Develop reports and visualizations to improve KPIs.• Drive and support improvement initiatives of deployment activities to optimize for scale, schedule and cost. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree.• 2+ years project management experience.• Salesforce FieldService deployment experience.• Relentless customer focus and obsession.• An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently to deliver results.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing cross functional teams, both internal and external.
