SDE3 Software Engineer (Backend)

The Company's Talent Platform team is committed to improving the way our legal force is deployed, managed, and interacted with, and this role is a key player in the team that will be designing and implementing our complex back-end systems to support our entire platform. • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years experience with RESTful api design and implementation
• 4+ years experience with Node.js
• 5+ years experience with relational databases
• Experience with npm or yarn
• Experience with code versioning systems (Git, SVN)
• Experience writing unit and integration tests
• Experience integrating with 3rd party systems
• Ability to groom business requirements into technical action items
• A proficient communicator with both technical and non-technical parties

• Familiarity with ElasticSearch
• Experience working in a DevOps environment
• Experience with Apache Kafka
• Experience working with AWS
• Experience working with distributed systems
• Experience in a CI and agile environment
