- Promoting and providing sales support on our clients software solutions inside the industry sales teams.
- Participate in industry sales projects with the purpose of including Innova in the projects and costing of Innova licenses and services
- Evaluate the viability of the proposed solution and secure required review of the Innova solution
- Ensure the proposed solutions are discussed and agreed to with the software service delivery team before submitting the proposal
- Secure proper hand-over process to the software service delivery team after successful completion of a sale
- Regular follow-ups on progress on all sales projects during installation and implementation
- Conduct software training on relevant solutions to the industry sales teams in close cooperation with the Global Software Sales Training Manager
- Be the "interface" between sales and service team in accordance with the laid-out sales process and structure
- Strong analytical skills to identify the customer needs and solutions
- High degree of entrepreneurial mind-set and level of persistency
- Strong process, industry and MES software knowledge/understanding
- Ability to display exemplary communication skills in conveying key messages such as solution scope and value proposition
- Good technical understanding
- Good understanding of latest technology trends in IoT, Cloud, Machine Learning and Business Intelligence
- Experience with and comfort working in a multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage
