We are in Critical need of Product Manager for Fulltime Hire in Bellevue, WA.

Note: This will be a remote Opportunity till Pandemic. Role: Product ManagerLocation: Bellevue, WADuration: FTE Hire

Job Description:
  • Lead strategic alignment and technical delivery of assigned programs and projects
  • Primary contact (and source of truth / single point of contact) to business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Collaborates with other teams and stakeholders to define what needs to be delivered/requirements, write features, stories, and own delivery.
  • Can excel amid ambiguity and be able to prioritize, decide trade-offs, pivot as needed to get the job done!
  • Manages the roadmap for their assigned book of business
  • Owns and prioritizes Team backlog for Iteration (Sprint) Planning, including coordination of dependencies with other teams.
  • Reviews and assesses incoming work, understand the scope of the work, and collaborate with System and Solution Architect/Engineering to assist with decision-making and sequencing of work and associated deliverables.
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve systemic issues in both system and teams
  • Manages and maintains efficient flow of just-in-time story elaboration activities (user story refinement) throughout team execution, typically maintaining 2 iterations (sprints) worth user stories available and ready in team backlog.
  • Responsible for reviewing and accepting deliverables. This includes validation that the work meets the team’s Definition of Done (DoD).
  • Coordinates across cross functional groups and technical dependencies with other teams throughout each iteration and Program Increment. Works across Agile teams to define and implement improvement that will increase the velocity and quality of the program.
  • Identifies execution or operational issues that impede success. Work to change or resolve issues.
  • Own PI planning activities (creating decks, identifying stories/features to be prioritized for the upcoming PI)
  • Experience working in SAFe environment
  • Having retail experience is highly desirable
