Scion Technical Search has been engaged to conduct a search on behalf of an incredible educational institution in Seattle, WA seeking a friendly, professional and tech savvy
IT Support Tech! Details:- 3 month contract to start!
- $24 hourly
- Onsite in Bellevue
- Hours: 7:45 - 4:15 pm PST
- Monday through Friday
- Start Date: 1st week of December
- Medical, Dental, Vision.
- Paid Sick Leave.
- Opportunity for assignment extension!
What You Will Be Doing- Working with education staff to rollout new Lenovo Laptops for students
- Onboarding students - installing software, troubleshooting and cleaning up laptops . Meeting with parents to pick up laptops.
- Troubleshooting broken laptops, responding to requests via ticketing systems.
- Keeping track of inventory and sending broken laptops out for repair.
What You Will Need- Positive attitude and willingness to help others!
- Experience as an IT Support Tech or related position.
- Strong understanding of and experience in troubleshooting, implementing and installing laptops (macs and pcs) and related software.
- High level of customer service acumen!
- Detail oriented
