Job Description# Azure Networking Support Engineer (SE)# 3 years# Network Engineer experience in supporting production environment including customer facing or customer support roles. # Networking Skills# Experience with networking concepts including L oad balancer, Routing, Switching, Security# Experience and familiarity with networking tools (ping, tracert, wire shark, etc.)# Understanding geo-redundancy, CDN and VPN technologies (site to site, point to site preferred, leased line)# Exp erience and understanding of the OSI model and related concepts# Having Azure domain experiences is a big asset. # Soft Skills# Leadership - handle technically challenging and politically sensitive customer situations# Strong communications skills # Excellent spoken and written English communication skills# Effective, polished interaction with customer to gather information quickly explain customer responsibilities in resolving issue communicate next steps and stat us and inspire confidence# The successful Support Engineer has the drive and intellectual horsepower to resolve difficult customer issues directly supports customers through telephone, email, and chat services as applicable# Demonstrable tr oubleshooting skills# Cross-team collaborationTime of operation: This track will be in 24X7 shift model. Therefore, candidates should be flexible to cover during holidays and weekends to accommodate MS roster
