- Strong understanding of e-commerce user experience
- Must have an ability to be hands-on with the teams and our customers
- Be willing to hustle and get creative to solve problems
- Must be confident and experienced in presenting to c-level executives
- Strong negotiation skills
- Able to thrive in an ambiguous environment helping bring structure and delivering results
- Outstanding writing, presentation and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to distill, synthesize, and draw conclusions on large amounts of data
