Product Manager - TOP MODERN COMMERCE PLATFORM CLIENT - FULL-TIME DIRECT HIRE OR CONTRACT-TO-HIRE

Location: Bellevue, WA or Remote

Summary: The Product Manager is responsible for one or more products. With a view of the market, and partnering closely with our customers, you will define product vision(s) and collaborate with our engineering organization to bring this vision to life. This position requires e-commerce business expertise and thought leadership in customer experience and business growth.Travel requirements: Must be able to travel 25% of the time (when travel permits).Your Responsibilities:
  • Partner with customers to understand their objectives and business goals and use this knowledge to craft best in class digital commerce capabilities that solve for customer needs
  • Build product vision
  • Document requirements and align on scope
  • Define roadmap, launch strategy and optimization plan
  • Write stories and partner with design and engineering to develop required features
  • Tracks, analyzes and communicates product performance
  • Promotes a successful attitude, confidence in leadership and teamwork to achieve business results
  • Responsible for achieving product goals and roadmaps and delivering in ambiguity
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the e-commerce landscape and industry trends
What you bring to the table:
  • 3+ yrs in end-to-end e-commerce experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience in product management, product marketing or program management
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce user experience
  • Must have an ability to be hands-on with the teams and our customers
  • Be willing to hustle and get creative to solve problems
  • Must be confident and experienced in presenting to c-level executives
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Able to thrive in an ambiguous environment helping bring structure and delivering results
  • Outstanding writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to distill, synthesize, and draw conclusions on large amounts of data
