We have an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Service & Sales Representative in our Bellingham, WA corporate office. Qualified individuals must be computer literate, demonstrate typing proficiency, and have previous customer service and sales experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls resolving customer inquiries
Place customer orders and optimize customer satisfaction
Offer and sell additional items
General clerical duties
Correspond and communicate with customers and external parties
Price quote, research and respond to inquiries
New business opportunity mining and development
Direct customer account maintenance & growth responsibility
Job Requirements:
Diploma or GED
Must be computer literate
Ability to demonstrate typing proficiency
2 years of applicable Customer Service experience
Inbound call center experience preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Organized
Detail oriented
Ability to meet deadlines
Team oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred but not required
