Some Duties Include:
Set coverage review appointments
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to gain interest in an insurance quote
Cross-sell State Farm products and services to on-board clients
Process vehicle changes for on-board clients
Process policy coverage for on-board clients
Follow up on customer claims
Process policy changes as needed
Participate in local community events with teammates (some weekends)
An insurance license will be required within the first 6 weeks of employment, which we will help you obtain!
