We're looking for people who are passionate about working with children and who are committed to changing the lives of families living with autism. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis services in our Bellingham-based clinic.
The ideal candidate will have at least 60 hours of (documented) training in Applied Behavior Analysis and at least one year of experience working with children who have special needs. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply as training is provided. Applicants with a degree in the field (Psychology, Counseling, or Education) will be given priority, as well as those who are working to become BCBAs. BCBA supervision is provided for employees seeking Board Certification in Behavior Analysis and priority is given to applicants who intend to make ABA their career. Certified Behavior Technician License is a plus but not required. Must be able to pass a stringent criminal background check.
Working with children and families affected by autism requires a great deal of professionalism and Endless Potential strives to hire the best. Applicants must have a strong work history, be detailed oriented, able to follow directions, and be self starters. We prefer full-time applicants whose schedules remain constant from week to week and whose likelihood of last-minute cancellation or frequent schedule changes is low.
