Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled individual who takes pride in their craft and is dedicated to delivering top notch, consistent products.
Responsibilities:
Prepare bagel dough according to established recipes and quality standards.
Shape and form bagels and ensure consistent size and shape.
Boil bagels in water prior to baking, following precise procedures.
Bake bagels to perfection in accordance with specified baking times and temperatures.
Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed to achieve desired results.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including equipment and work surfaces.
Assist with inventory management, including tracking ingredient levels and replenishing supplies as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and timely fulfillment of orders.
Uphold food safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in baking, particularly with bagel production, is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.
Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends as needed.
Ability to lift 50lbs
