HOURS AVAILABLE;
1.) Location: Semiamhoo. Care needs: skilled transfers, and Nurse Delegation.
Schedules: Fri/Sat 7:00 AM-3:00 PM and 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
2.) Location: Bellingham. Care needs: Skilled transfers, full ADL assist.
Schedules: Sat/Sun 10:00 AM-12:00 PM and 6:30 PM-8:30 PM.
3.) Location: Bellingham. Care needs: Hospice, bed bound care, full assist.
Schedules: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM-5:00 PM, Saturday 1:00 PM-5:00 PM.
4.) Location: Lynden. Care needs: hoyer lifts, bed bound care, full assist.
Schedules: Mon-Friday 6:00 PM-10:00 PM.
5.) Location: Bellingham. Care needs: hoyer lifts, full care.
Schedules: Sun/Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat 7:30 AM-10:30 AM.
6.) Location: Lynden. Care needs: Hospice care, full care.
Schedules: Wednesday 2:00 PM-9:30 PM Friday 4:30 PM-9:30 PM and Saturday 2:00 PM-6:00 PM.
7.) Location: Fairhven. Care needs: transportation, housework.
Schedules: 1.5 hours twice per week, flexible.
8.) Location: Bellingham, Samish Way. Care needs: SBA for ALDs, Med Reminders, Companionship, Safety Supervision, Locomotion, Dementia Care.
Schedules: 1:30 PM-6:30 PM Wed/Thur/Fri
