JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Manager supports the Senior HR Director in efforts to identify best practices and make quality improvements to the delivery of customer-focused human resources services within the organization. The HR Manager will assist in shaping HR processes to promote an organizational culture that supports and embraces equity and social justice for employees and the community. In addition, the Human Resources Manager is the lead HR professional who must build collaborative working relationships, foster a culture of accountability and contribute to staff development within the Human Resources Program and across all departments of the Opportunity Council.
