We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to manage the cleaning, resetting, and maintenance of our Airbnb property located in Kendall. Responsibilities include:
- Thorough cleaning of the property between guest stays
- Washing and changing bed linens and towels
- Restocking toiletries and kitchen supplies
- Inspecting the property for any damages or issues
- Performing minor repairs and coordinating major repairs
- Ensuring the home is set up to the same standard for each guest
- Running errands as needed (e.g., purchasing supplies)
- Seasonal maintenance (e.g., winterizing the home, gardening)
Requirements:
- Experience in housekeeping or property management
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Ability to perform minor repairs
- Flexible availability to accommodate guest turnover schedule
Compensation:
