Casia Capra Farm is looking for a part-time employee to join our team and assist with morning goat and chicken chores.
Job Description: Your primary responsibility will be to tend to the overnight and outdoor areas of our small goat herd. This involves thorough cleaning, feeding, and providing basic care for the goats and chickens. We believe that cleanliness is the first step to ensuring that our animals are happy and healthy, so we are seeking candidates who are detail-oriented and thorough. Dependability and a love of animals are also a must.
This position requires lifting objects weighing at least 50 lbs and performing other physical labor. The working hours for this role are approximately 12-15 hours, Monday-Friday. If desired, additional duties can be discussed. Previous farm experience is appreciated but not required.
