Job Description:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas of the property meet the standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a good work ethic.
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment or independently.
- Must be able to lift moderate to heavy weight (at least 50 lbs).
- Must have excellent communication skills, ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
- Handyman experience preferred.
- We will train.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Daily repair and upkeep of the property and the preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
- Operate within company’s standards and safety policies at all times
- Other duties as assigned.
