NutraDried Food Company is a 4-year old snack company of about 90 team members that is doing exceptionally well and is on target to significantly grow in the next few years.
We leverage a proprietary technology from our parent company to create Moon Cheese a line of great-tasting, shelf-stable cheese snacks. An all-natural, high protein and low carb snack, Moon Cheese fits with how people want to eat today. Moon Cheese can be found in Starbucks, Costco, online and in select grocery stores.
Nutradried Food Company LLC. seeks Full-Time Machine Operators
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and basic experience with power tools
-Fluent in English (bilingual is a plus)
-Positive, self-motivated and solution-focused attitude
-Basic math knowledge
-Manufacturing experience
-Demonstrate ability to consistently lead by example and actively encourage behaviors promoting safety, quality, and productivity (Adherence to GMPs)
-Basic trouble shooting skills
-Cell phone and reliable way to contact maintenance or production manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Set up and operate machinery
-Maintain quality and safety standards; record production and downtime
-Complete preventive maintenance requirements by following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshoot malfunctions
-Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs of crew
-Commit to reliability as a steady team member
-Suggest and implement improvements to processes and procedures as needed
-Must be able to lift 40 lbs
Shifts available:
2nd Shift is 1:00 pm until 9:30 pm (2 openings)

Wage depends on Experience.
