Job description:
Bilingual/ Spanish Clerical/administrative position and primary point of contact with clientele. The ideal candidate should be willing to grow into increasing responsibilities and opportunities while working with diverse clientele. Must also have a commitment to advocating for people with disabilities.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Bilingual/Spanish.
Experience with answering multi-line phones.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of management and staff.
Proven ability to develop working relationships with a well-established team
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and effectively manage changing priorities.
Detail-oriented with excellent follow through skills.
Organized, accurate and detail-oriented, ability to multitask and problem solve,
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in working with MS Office.
Type at least 50 wpm.
Minimum 1 year of front desk/office experience.
