Since 2007 Heating Green has designed and provided electric infrared heating products for indoor and outdoor applications, ranging from over 800 commercial yoga studios around the world to single/multi-family homes and many businesses. Job Description:
This position requires a unique combination of technical aptitude and communication skills to assist customers and to help our office run smoothly. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, customer service, and some sales related support. You will need to be a self-starter that can operate independently with little direction, proficient with technology and comfortable with a wide variety of tasks.
Duties:
Provide administrative assistance for the owner and officers of Heating Green, and help to retain loyal customers.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and assist with the fulfillment of orders
Some accounts receivable/accounts payable
Assist with sending/receiving items in the mail room
Prepare estimates for sales staff and customers
Coordinate with vendors for lead times, freight quotes, and related tasks
Contribute to team meetings where we help to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
Contribute to social media work (we will train the specifics)
Answer emails/calls from existing customers and help troubleshoot any issues
Answer questions for potential customers who would like infrared heat
Follow up with existing customers for feedback, testimonials, and surveys
Greet walk-in customers who visit our showroom, demonstrating the heaters and walking them through the process
Contact customers about their experience with our products and service
Other duties as required (we are a small company so sometimes help in other areas is beneficial)

Experience in a similar role
Quickbooks accounting software
MS Office or Google Suite
CRM system
An understanding of HVAC systems
Reading and understanding construction plans
